. Our final purchase quantities are largely dependent upon final price and service offerings and could very likely be expanded to include still more schools upon award of the bid.
We invite you to participate with your most aggressive offering from a price and service standpoint within the parameters we have defined in the RFP. It is absolutely imperative that each vendor specifically detail all bid parameters so that we can accurately weigh each offering. Bids which are not submitted within two weeks, as outlined in the RFP, will not be considered.
We urge vendors to approach this bid with the aim of capturing not only the participating schools, but other schools, school staff, parents, and students as well. The potential for business is high for any vendor with the vision and will to pursue it. We thank you in advance for your interest and participation.
